About ZOOMAS

History, ownership and basic information about the companies behind IPC

ZOOMAS ApS was founded in 1992 and is working with innovation and marketing. Since 1997 the activities have included close contact to major players in the School photo industry international. The ZOOMAS ApS company has two sister companies, Dansk Skolefoto ApS, DK Foto ApS and Atelier 71. The companies are privately owned. The first company, Dansk Skolefoto, was established in 1948.

Since 2004 the photo labs in DK Foto and Dansk Skolefoto, have printed all production in digital, and used automatic packaging/logistic for all photo packages. All the work has been done on the prototypes for IPS. The experience from this work has for the past years, been used to develop the IPS Packaging machine we have today. Another intelligent solution for the work flow, is the IPC software, also implemented in the photo lab in DK Foto and Dansk Skolefoto. ZOOMAS ApS launched this software on the world market for School photographers and labs at the Photokina show 2008 and had a successful follow up at the PMA show 2010.

The marketing and sale of IPS will be handled by ZOOMAS ApS. The service will be handled by ZOOMAS and for the IPC software by Caramba Imaging.
