Service and hotline

How we can help you

For users who have a service agreement, the following apply:

Hotline and support by e-mail. You will be contacted when new versions and upgrades are available.

For users who do not have a service agreement:

During the first 3 month after installation, you have a limited free support, defined in the agreement. After the first 3 month, support by phone or e-mail, will be charged on an hourly basis. You will be contacted when a new bugfix version is available.

Zoomas business partner, who is also responsible for installation, will perform your service.
