Invest in the future
The IPS is ready for tasks of the future
In 2001 and 2002, two packaging machines where installed in our two sister companies, at two different labs. These two machines have been the prototypes for the IPS, we have today.

The IPS we have today, is a completely new machine build from bottom up. Of course build on all the years of experience with the two prototypes. One of the improvements, is a significant increase in speed, so if your volume is higher than the approx. 100.000 photo- packages we make in each lab in the peak season, it is an even better deal for you. The IPS can handle all the tasks involved in the packaging process, and make 10.000 packages (with 6 sheets) in a day shift of 7 hours. Only 1-2 persons need to be involved in operating the machine, feed material and remove the finished work ready to be packed for dispatch.
Important for evaluating this investment, is also to take into account that your production layout may change in a few years. As an example, if you change from roll to sheet or the other way round, this does not mean that you need to get a new packaging machine, but just install a new module. If you want to increase the number of sheets to a significant number in each envelope, or/and add other material, then you just need to add an extension module and 1, 2 or 3 more feeders, or / and a Vario feeder.
Finally if you, some time in the future, start to take orders in, directly from the consumer, via the Internet, you will benefit from the fact that the IPS works from your database. This means the IPS will pack, invoice and label correctly, no matter the sequence you receive the work.
