How the IPS can be fitted to meet your needs

The IPS is custom-made, put together by the modules you need for your production today. Though, your needs may change over time. However, this does not mean that you need to get a new packaging machine, just a new module or two. IPS has a basic set up, including the following feeders placed along the conveyors: One universal feeder, one printer/feeder for invoice and two feeders for envelopes, including one printer head for both. For the front intake, you select between a roll or sheet intake.

Front feeders available

One input feeder (front feeder) is included in basic set up.

Rolls

IPS can be delivered with a front input feeder for 8", 10" and 12" rolls up to 350 m long.

Sheets 30" x 20"

IPS can be delivered with sheet feeders for sheet size up to 30” x 20” (76,2 x 50,8 cm) cut to half-size 30” x 10” (76,2 x 25,4 cm).

Universal feeders available

Two feeders for envelopes are included in basic set up. One print station for both is included in basic set.

Portraits cut to size

IPS can select the portraits from one or more universal feeders. From size 3,5" x 6" (9 x 12 cm) up to 9,5" x 12" (24 x 30 cm). The IPS has room for two universal feeders (in the basic version). One printer feeder is included in basic set up.

Printer/feeder for invoices

The feeder takes blank or pre-printed paper up to 8 ¼" x 12" (21 x 30 cm). Individual text can be printed in the process.

Feeders for envelopes

This feeder handles envelopes up to 12" x 18" (32 x 46 cm). Individual text can be printed in the process, and the envelope can be closed or left open as you wish.

Optional side feeders

Vario feeder (optional)

The IPS can be delivered with a vario feeder with up to 16 shelves. Sheet size 4,7" x 6,3" (12 x 16 cm) up to 9½" x 12" (25 x 30 cm) The vario feeder can take paperwork as well as pictures. Material can be picked up from two shelves at a time. Only one vario feeder can be fitted (two with extension module).

Extension module

If you need more feeders on the IPS you can also buy an extension module. This module has room for additional three universal feeders so you can have up to 5 universal feeders, or 4 universal feeders combined with 1 vario feeder.
